what this data tells us to expect in 2024

Users are more willing to track and monitor their health
We saw an increase in the number of health data points tracked by members. By tracking their symptoms, members will be able to see trends in a way they haven’t before. This increase tells us people are more willing and prepared to take control of their health.
Adverse care events prevented
With more critical alerts being delivered, people can foresee and take preventative measures before issues arise.

When members log data and track their health, they’re more likely to spot a potential issue before it arises and prevent serious adverse events, like preeclampsia or preterm births, before they happen. Care Team engagements

When members need assistance, have a critical alert, or score high on our social determinants of health (SDoH) screening, our Care Team and Care Advocate Team are there to assist. Given the increased trends of coaching messages in 2023, we expect usage, and impact of these resources, to grow and help further improve health, wellbeing and outcomes.
