Survey methodology
The first step for evaluating your benefits strategy is to understand what your workforce is looking for and what interventions can actually provide tangible ROI.
We surveyed Ovia members across the three Ovia solutions (Ovia, Ovia Pregnancy, and Ovia Parenting) and over 2,000 working parents chimed in with their thoughts on their existing benefits, and how they could improve.
Only respondents who receive benefits through their employer and are currently employed were able to complete the survey. These participants are representative of the U.S. population and are distributed across the U.S. proportionally, with a wide range of ages, races/ethnicities, and income levels represented.
