Overwhelmingly, working parents are looking for longer and more pay during parental leave, as well as a family-friendly culture and maternity care management benefits, like Ovia.
These trends make it clear that, despite the efforts of the last few years, employers still aren’t doing enough to support working parents according to the workforce.
