Our survey methodology explained

We all know retention requires reassessment. The only way to evaluate and improve benefits is to understand what your population wants, and what interventions can actually provide tangible ROI. We wanted to help, so we asked our members what matters most to them.
We surveyed Ovia members across the three Ovia solutions (Ovia, Ovia Pregnancy, and Ovia Parenting) and nearly 1,500 working parents and childbearing aged employees chimed in with their thoughts on their existing benefits, and how they could improve.
Only respondents who receive benefits through their employer and are currently employed were able to complete the survey. These participants are representative of the U.S. population and are distributed across the U.S. proportionally, with a wide range of ages, races/ethnicities, and income levels represented.
